My wife and I have been working with Darren for almost 5 months and could not be happier. We are an older couple at 63 and 65 years of age. Darren clearly recognizes our age and physical limitations and customizes our exercises accordingly. He is unbelievably knowledgeable about how to tailor the exercises to target the correct muscle groups to reach our goals. He also pushes us just the right amount. Darren is personable, funny, sympathetic, honest, and simply a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to many more years and sessions with Darren and cannot recommend him more highly.

Darren is a very knowledgeable trainer and excellent teacher. When I first started working with Darren, I had never lifted weights before. He is very patient and attentive, making sure I learn the correct form and learn how to lift safely. Darren does a great job of listening to your needs and creating a routine based on your specific goals, while also mixing it up and keeping things interesting. He is very flexible and accommodating with his schedule, and I appreciate that he is willing to teach me at my gym in my apartment so I can learn on equipment that I will use frequently. I would definitely recommend Darren as a trainer.

Darren is an awesome trainer. I cannot recommend him enough as he is accommodating to my schedule and so motivating when I'd rather sleep-in than workout. He pushes me to lift heavier while watching my form and lifting safely due to my previous injuries. A great trainer. I have been training with him for last 6 months and it’s been real good. He understands my goals and motivates me to build more stamina to achieve my goals. He introduces multiple variations in routine to make it fun and not make it mundane. In last couple of months, my parents also trained with him and he modified the routines to ensure that the training was effective for my parents too. He is extremely knowledgeable. Gym sessions with him feel like you are being productive while spending time with a friend.
